Dadosfera support team is available through three different channels:
- Customer portal: access the portal and submit the form to create a ticket. On this link you also can check the tickets historic.
- Chat in the UI: if your user has the necessary permission, the chat icon will appear in the bottom right corner.
- Send an email to support@dadosfera.com and your ticket will be created.
Please wait for the ticket to be attended to, according to the SLA agreed upon by your organization.
